It takes a lot of time – navigating the jungle of flat rates or included minutes, data volume, 4G/5G, contract durations, and network coverage requires time for research.

If you’ve used a comparison tool like Check24 to determine that your current mobile provider is offering an overpriced plan and you can get a cheaper contract with the same or even better terms, you should switch. Generally, this isn’t a big deal. You simply order your desired plan from your new provider and cancel your old contract.

Since there are currently a multitude of mobile plans available, you should consider beforehand what requirements your contract should meet.
